  Presented by Dr Melissa Arkinstall - leader in ERA's sports science team that delivers specialised services in sports education, testing and coaching. Melissa completed her PhD, specialising in Exercise Physiology at RMIT University in Melbourne. Melissa is an ISAK Level 3 Anthropometrist and an international instructor with experience in measuring body composition in elite sport.
