Golf

Golf is primarily a game of skill and played across different levels, from recreational weekend golfers to the elite level (in national and international tour events) and professional level on the world tour circuit.

The nutrition plan for golf is to primarily prevent fatigue and maintain concentration over 4-5 hours to optimise skill performance. A balanced diet with appropriate amounts of carbohydrate and a good hydration plan are the keys to good performance.

For professional golfers life is spent travelling the globe on the international tour circuit and eating in unfamiliar places is very common. It is wise to be well prepared when travelling internationally.

Don't be left in the lurch! Optimise your nutrition plan for your best game.
