Comments

Convenient way to add flavour without fat to all dishes. Risotto, soup, cous-cous, rice and pasta sauces can all benefit from using liquid stocks for flavour. They have a better taste than stock cubes!

Suitable for

Everyone can use them! However, those people needing to limit their salt intake should use all stocks in small quantities.
