For the Adolescent Athlete
This 1/2 day course provides coaches, Health and PE teachers and parents with the latest up to date sports nutrition information relevant to the junior athlete (aged up to 18yrs). Presented by SDA's Accredited Sports Dietitians, the course aims to provide the fundamental concepts of nutritional science applicable to the junior athlete and strategis to assist with optimising training, competition and recovery.
