Bottom Line:

John West tuna & beans is a multi-purpose snack or lunch option that saves time on food preparation. Few Australians eat enough fish and seafood, so this affordable and shelf-stable product makes it a little easier to fit a serve in. Already a good source of protein and Omega-3, the addition of beans and vegetables also boosts the fibre content. Overall this is a great product to keep on hand for a quick meal, with the only nutritional downside being its high salt content.
