Dried apricots (29%), almond (17%), cacao nibs, dried dates (dates, vegetable oil), sultanas (sultanas. Vegetable oil), psyllium husk, quinoa puffed (3%), amaranth puffed, rice bran oil, inca inchi, cocoa butter, cacao powder.

The not-so good news:

Very small portion, one “bite” may not satisfy

Not a very appealing taste, texture or appearance

Bottom Line:

Macro snack bites are a fruit and nut ‘energy ball,’ that are a convenient on-the-go snack but their nutritional quality lets them down. Unfortunately this reviewer found their taste and texture unappealing. Despite being low in salt and being a source or fibre, snack bites are very small and it’s unlikely just one would satisfy a snack craving.
