Registration includes:

  • Access to all sessions being offered during the Conference;
  • Satchel including full conference program and loads of samples and goodies for F2F delegates;
  • Arrival tea & coffee, morning/afternoon tea and lunch for F2F delegates;
  • PD points – SDA = 60pts professional development

Cancellation T&Cs

  • Full refund, less a $50 administration fee, if notification in writing is received 3 weeks prior to the Conference date.
  • 50% refund, if notification in writing is received 2 weeks prior to the Conference date.
  • No refund, if notification in writing is received within 7 days of the Conference date.
  • A full refund will be given if a delegate can prove a refund is applicable on compassionate grounds. Documented evidence may be needed.
  • No refunds will be given to delegates who do not show up to the Conference on the day.
  • If, due to disruption and uncertainty created by an event of Force Majeure (e.g. COVID-19) and SDA cannot hold the face-to-face element of this event all F2F registrations will be converted to remote registration. Any cost and out of pocket expense (e.g. flights and accommodation) are the responsibility of the delegate. Travel insurance is recommended.
